Unauthenticated local takeover
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Improper privilege management in Oracle Coherence Core allows local users to take over affected installations through local access. Oracle identifies 12.2.1.4.0, 14.1.1.0.0, 14.1.2.0.0, and 15.1.1.0.0 as affected but has not disclosed the defective Core operation or input path. No Coherence credentials are required, but host logon access is necessary; exploitation compromises Coherence and can affect additional products.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
