Unauthenticated cluster takeover
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Missing authentication in Oracle Coherence Core allows remote attackers to take over a deployment through unauthenticated TCP access. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Core and does not disclose which TCP operation lacks authentication; versions 12.2.1.4.0, 14.1.1.0.0, 14.1.2.0.0, and 15.1.1.0.0 are affected. Network access to the Coherence TCP service is sufficient, and exploitation grants full control of the Coherence deployment.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
