Unauthenticated server hang or crash
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Denial of service in Oracle Coherence Core 12.2.1.4.0, 14.1.1.0.0, 14.1.2.0.0, and 15.1.1.0.0 allows remote attackers to crash or hang servers. Oracle has disclosed only that crafted TCP traffic reaches the Core component; no affected parser, message type, or invalid operation is public. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash without reported data disclosure or modification.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
