Improper access control in Oracle Coherence Core allows remote attackers to take over affected releases through unauthenticated TCP access. Oracle has not disclosed the specific Core code path or the improper operation it performs on untrusted TCP input. The affected releases are 12.2.1.4.0, 14.1.1.0.0, 14.1.2.0.0, and 15.1.1.0.0; network reachability is the only reported gate.
