Disk exhaustion via unbounded chunk reassembly

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX before 2026.1.421 allows remote attackers to exhaust server disk space. The RadAsyncUpload handler writes successive chunks to its temporary file without comparing the existing file size plus the incoming chunk against MaxFileSize. The default network-reachable handler is enabled even when an application does not use RadAsyncUpload, and repeated oversized uploads can fill its disk and interrupt service.
