A Core flaw in Oracle WebLogic Server allows remote attackers to read and modify all server-accessible data via unauthenticated HTTP requests. Oracle has not disclosed the faulty Core operation or the request data that triggers it. A network-reachable HTTP listener is sufficient; the reported impact is complete data disclosure and modification, without service interruption.
