Improper authorization in Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.61 and 8.62 allows remote attackers to read and modify application data over HTTP. Oracle identifies the Panel Processor as the affected component but has not disclosed the authorization check or unsafe operation that mishandles an HTTP request. Exploitation requires no credentials but does require another person to interact, and the resulting access is limited to a subset of readable and modifiable PeopleTools data.
