Improper access control in Oracle Workflow 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows local users to alter data and partially interrupt service. Oracle has not disclosed the operation in the Workflow Notification Mailer that mishandles access control or the input that reaches it. Exploitation requires low-privilege access to the infrastructure where Oracle Workflow executes, is difficult, and yields only some data changes and a partial service interruption.
