OS command execution via gnuplot heredoc injection

Code injection in the gpsprof utility in gpsd 3.27.5 and earlier allows local users to execute OS commands through crafted GPS data. In polar mode, gpsprof writes SKY.satellites[].used into a gnuplot heredoc without enforcing a Boolean value, so EOD terminates the data block and exposes appended system() calls. Execution requires control of GPS input and a user to process gpsprof's generated plot program with gnuplot; commands run with that user's privileges.
