Root command execution via double-evaluated ping argument

OS command injection in VITEC Flamingo 4.12.2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through the unauthenticated ping endpoint. The /usr/share/commands/ping wrapper reads the host value from argv and embeds it without escaping in a second shell_exec() command. No authentication or user interaction is required, and injected commands run as root through passwordless sudo.
