Sensor crash via Kerberos analyzer state mismatch

Null pointer dereference in the Kerberos analyzer in Zeek before 8.0.9 allows remote attackers to crash the sensor via crafted KRB_ERROR traffic. proc_padata() treats PA-DATA inside an error message as normal typed data and dereferences the absent pa_data_element selected by that parsing arm. A single UDP or TCP packet to port 88 reaches the flaw without credentials, interrupting network monitoring when the Zeek process crashes.
