Sensor termination via unbounded FTP line buffering

Uncontrolled memory consumption in Zeek before 8.0.9 allows remote attackers to terminate the sensor through crafted FTP traffic. The NVT_Analyzer doubles its buffer without a maximum line-length check while base64-decoding an attacker-controlled ADAT token. An unauthenticated sender must negotiate AUTH GSSAPI in an FTP control session and supply an oversized ADAT line, exhausting memory until the Zeek process terminates.
