Unauthenticated internal-data disclosure via IPv6 blocklist bypass

SSRF in Monsta FTP before 2.14.5 allows remote attackers to read internal HTTP resources through the fetchRemoteFile action. InputValidator::isBlockedIP() treats IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses as generic IPv6 values, skipping its IPv4 checks before cURL fetches the URL. No authentication is required to obtain a CSRF token from getSystemVars; a static AAAA record then reaches internal services and sends responses to an attacker-controlled FTP server, including cloud metadata credentials.
