SQL/CQL injection in PraisonAI before 4.6.78 allows attackers to execute database statements via collection dimensions. PGVector and Cassandra create_collection() interpolate a runtime-unchecked dimension into CREATE TABLE vector declarations before sending the DDL to their drivers. Exploitation requires control of collection creation and grants the application database principal's ability to create, alter, or delete database objects.
