Authenticated file access via config_dirs path traversal

Path traversal in F5 NGINX Agent before 2.47.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and write files outside configured directories. The config_dirs enforcement fails to confine file operations to its allowlisted paths, including when the directive is set through NGINX Instance Manager. Low-privileged access and a configured config_dirs directive are required, and exploitation crosses the intended filesystem boundary without affecting service availability.
