Authenticated SQL injection via unsanitized ID parameter

SQL injection in Code Projects Patient Record Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter SQL queries via the ID parameter. The edit_hpatient.php handler places the attacker-controlled ID value into a SQL statement without neutralization or parameter binding. A valid low-privilege login is required; exploitation provides limited access to read or modify patient records and can interrupt database-backed functions.
