Unauthenticated file write via unrestricted upload path

Arbitrary file write in Eclipse Theia 1.73.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to overwrite backend-writable files via /file-upload. The @theia/filesystem handler passes the multipart uri value to fs.move with overwrite enabled, without authentication or workspace confinement. In browser deployments, visiting an attacker-controlled page can trigger a CORS-safelisted request; Electron mode is excluded, and code execution requires overwriting a file later executed by the backend account.
