ILP32 decoder crash via truncated RLE allocation

Heap out-of-bounds read in OpenEXR allows attackers to crash ILP32 decoders via a crafted RLE-compressed EXR file. OpenEXRCore truncates the 64-bit unpacked size to an eight-byte size_t allocation, then unpack_32bit reads across the declared channel width. Only affected 3.2, 3.3, and 3.4 releases built for 32-bit ILP32 are exposed; LP64 builds are not demonstrated, and the proven consequence is a process crash.
