Decoder crash via wrapped sample-table size

Out-of-bounds read in OpenEXR on affected ILP32 builds allows attackers to crash image decoders via a crafted deep-tile EXR file. OpenEXRCore computes the sample-count workspace in 32-bit size_t, which wraps before unpack_sample_table iterates over the full tile dimensions. The affected ranges are before 3.2.11, 3.3.0 through 3.3.12, and 3.4.0 through 3.4.13; processing attacker-controlled input is required.
