Unauthenticated command execution via admpass shell injection

OS command injection in TOTOLINK A7100RU 7.4cu.2313_b20191024 allows remote attackers to execute commands via the admpass parameter. setLoginPasswordCfg places admpass into a command string with snprintf, then CsteSystem reaches execv without neutralizing shell metacharacters. No authentication or user interaction is required, and injected commands run with the CGI handler's privileges.
