PHP process crash via oversized image rendering

Resource exhaustion in dompdf before 3.1.6 allows remote attackers to crash PHP processes via crafted HTML containing an oversized image. The rendering path expands a high-entropy Base64 image and calculates its layout without enforcing cumulative CPU or memory limits after early dimension checks. Applications must pass attacker-controlled HTML into rendering; one image can saturate a core or exhaust memory and terminate the PHP worker.
