Arbitrary file read via Include path traversal

Path traversal in Mistune before 3.3.0 allows remote attackers to read files outside a Markdown source directory through crafted includes. Include.parse() joins and normalizes an untrusted include path, then opens the resolved file without confirming that it remains under the source directory. The issue is reachable only when an application enables the Include directive, accepts untrusted Markdown files, and processes them with md.read(); disclosure is limited to files readable by that process.
