Cross-site scripting via encoded URI bypass

Cross-site scripting in Lepture Mistune before 3.3.0 allows remote attackers to execute script through crafted Markdown links or images. HTMLRenderer.safe_url() lowercases the raw URL and compares its prefix against harmful schemes without first percent-decoding the input. Exploitation requires an application to render attacker-controlled Markdown without added URL sanitization and a user to activate the resulting content, exposing the user's browser context.
