Registry credential exposure via substring host matching

Credential exposure in Sigstore sigstore-js before 0.7.1 allows remote attackers to obtain registry credentials via crafted image references. The @sigstore/oci getRegistryCredentials() function reads Docker config auth entries and uses substring containment instead of exact host equality. Exploitation requires stored registry credentials, attacker influence over the destination image reference, and an attacker-controlled hostname contained within a configured auth key; the authentication exchange then discloses those credentials.
