Service interruption via catastrophic timestamp regex backtracking

Regular expression denial of service in Zod- js-video-url-parser 0.5.0 and 0.5.1 allows remote attackers to interrupt services. The getTime function in lib/util.js applies nested-quantifier regular expressions to URL timestamp parameters, causing exponential backtracking on a long digit string followed by a nonmatching character. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled t or start parameters to urlParser.parse, which can block its Node.js event loop for seconds or longer.
