CVE-2026-59841

Privilege escalation via overwritten supervisor override

Published Jul 14, 2026 · Updated Jul 14, 2026

Endpoint restriction failure in Fortinet FortiSIEM Windows Agent 7.4.0 through 7.4.1 allows attackers to escalate privileges. The agent lets a configured Supers Override be overwritten by the supervisor list, defeating the intended restriction to a single collector. Exploitation requires adjacent-network access and an active Supers Override; Fortinet has not disclosed the exact privilege-escalation sequence.
