Hidden document disclosure via block-search SQL injection

SQL injection in SiYuan before 3.7.1 allows remote attackers to read hidden document content through the publish service. The fullTextSearchBlock path filters interpolate attacker-controlled paths values into SQL, and a UNION SELECT can project an allowed box and path so the post-query access filter accepts a hidden row. Exploitation requires enabled publishing, at least one visible document for the projected identifiers, and hidden content to disclose; authentication and user interaction are not required.
