CVE-2026-59808Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Administrator takeover via unscoped video hash disclosure

Published Aug 22, 2026 · Updated Aug 22, 2026

Authentication bypass in WWBN AVideo through commit 9c39d8c8 allows remote authenticated users to obtain an administrator session. deduplicateByEncoderQueueId() searches globally by encoder_queue_id without verifying ownership, then returns a video_id_hash that useVideoHashOrLogin() accepts for passwordless login. Upload permission and an administrator-owned encoder video are required; the resulting session can read user records and modify or disable platform configuration.
