Authenticated cross-channel message overwrite via unchecked message ID

Missing authorization in Open WebUI 0.9.5 through 0.9.6 allows remote authenticated users to overwrite cross-channel messages. The chat completion channel path passes caller-supplied message IDs to _make_channel_emitter, which updates the Messages table by primary key without verifying channel membership or matching the message to that channel. Any authenticated account with a target message ID can replace content in inaccessible private or direct-message channels while retaining the original author attribution.
