Credential disclosure via ungated user-row retrieval
Published Jul 6, 2026 · Updated Jul 6, 2026
Broken access control in Leantime 3.4.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to retrieve other users' credential data. Users::getUser accepts an arbitrary user ID and returns the repository's full zp_user row without a permission check or sensitive-field filtering. Any authenticated account can enumerate IDs and obtain password hashes, TOTP seeds, session tokens, and reset data, enabling offline cracking, 2FA bypass, or account hijacking.
