Denial of service via unbounded URI port conversion

Improper quantity validation in Erlang/OTP stdlib allows remote attackers to consume CPU time via a URI port containing excessive digits. uri_string:get_port/1 passes the unrestricted port substring to binary_to_integer/1, triggering costly arbitrary-precision conversion. Any application that sends an attacker-supplied URI to uri_string:parse/1 is exposed to repeatable CPU consumption in its Erlang process.
