Local mount and network modification via Polkit bypass

Incorrect authorization in Linux-Gaming PortProtonQt 0.1.12 through 1.3.0 allows local users to alter mounts and network connections. The installed ru.linux_gaming.PortProtonQt.rules Polkit rule grants privileged UDisks2 and NetworkManager actions when a requester or its parent has ppqtos anywhere in a user-controlled command line. Any local user can spoof that substring to mount block devices under /run/media, unmount devices not in use, or create and remove system network connections.
