Unauthenticated client-secret disclosure via provider listing

Information disclosure in the Apache CloudStack OAuth plugin allows remote attackers to read OAuth provider client secrets without authentication. The provider-listing response includes the stored client-secret field instead of omitting sensitive credential material. Exposure requires a configured OAuth provider on 4.19.0.0 through 4.20.3.0 or 4.21.0.0 through 4.22.1.0 and exposes that OAuth client credential.
