Credential theft and file tampering via SMB1 downgrade

Protocol downgrade in affected Spring Integration SMB adapters allows man-in-the-middle attackers to intercept or alter transferred files. When smbMinVersion is not raised, SmbSessionFactory lets jCIFS negotiate SMB1/CIFS, a dialect without mandatory signing or encryption. An attacker must control the network path to downgrade negotiation, tamper with file transfers, or capture NTLM credentials.
