Admin password disclosure via failed aliveness check

Credential disclosure in Spring AMQP allows remote authenticated users to read RabbitMQ admin passwords from failed aliveness-check logs. BrokerRunningSupport inserts the configured admin password into the BrokerNotAliveException message instead of redacting it when the management aliveness check fails. Exposure requires a CI pipeline to set RABBITMQ_TEST_ADMIN_PASSWORD to a real credential and RABBITMQ_SERVER_REQUIRED to true; users with log-read access can harvest that credential, with no reported integrity or availability impact.
