Authenticated history disclosure via missing permission check
Published Jul 8, 2026 · Updated Jul 8, 2026
Missing authorization in AFFiNE before 0.26.3 allows remote authenticated users to read private document edit histories via GraphQL. The histories resolver passes an attacker-supplied document GUID to listDocHistories without first asserting Doc.Read. Any workspace member who obtains or guesses a private document GUID can retrieve editor names, email addresses, and timestamps, but not document contents.
