Fee-payer wallet drain via low-gas transactions

Improper gas-limit validation in ZenHive MPP 0.2.0 and later before 0.6.0 allows remote attackers to drain fee-payer wallets. MPP.Methods.Tempo.broadcast_and_verify/7 co-signs and broadcasts client transactions without ensuring gas_limit permits execution, while optimistic simulation omits that parameter. Tempo fee_payer configuration is required; repeated reverting transactions consume sponsor funds until legitimate payment sponsorship stops.
