Client process termination via zero-length CONTINUATION frames

Resource exhaustion in Elixir Mint 0.1.0 through 1.9.1 allows remote attackers controlling an HTTP/2 server to terminate the client process. Mint.HTTP2.handle_continuation/3 nests each zero-length CONTINUATION fragment in conn.headers_being_processed, while its byte-size guard never increases and END_HEADERS never clears the accumulator. Exploitation requires an application to connect to an attacker-controlled or intercepted HTTP/2 endpoint, after which sustained frames exhaust BEAM memory and terminate the Mint-using process.
