Published Sep 23, 2026 · Updated Sep 23, 2026
Stored XSS in Getwid – Gutenberg Blocks 2.1.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through Google Maps blocks. The frontend mapStyles() function passes the user-controlled customStyle block attribute to eval(), treating saved block content as JavaScript. Contributor-level access is required to save the payload, which runs in the browsers of users who visit the injected page.
