Account takeover via unsanitized stored HTML
Published Jul 27, 2026 · Updated Jul 27, 2026
Stored XSS in Roskus Prospero Flow CRM before 5.4.4 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript in another user's browser. EmailCreateService saved message bodies, and ProfileSaveController saved signature_html, without sanitization; the email view rendered body content as unescaped HTML. A low-privileged user must send a crafted message that a recipient opens; execution in an administrator's session enables account takeover.
