Authenticated blind SSRF via unvalidated image URLs
Published Jul 31, 2026 · Updated Jul 31, 2026
SSRF in Maalfer Pentestify's PDF export before 1.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to trigger arbitrary outbound HTTP GET requests. The FindingBase and ReportBase schemas accept unvalidated images and client_logo strings, which generate_pdf inserts into image elements that server-side Chromium fetches. An account able to edit a report can target localhost, internal services, cloud metadata endpoints, or external hosts, but the blind request does not return response bodies.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
