Sensitive credential disclosure via overbroad member serialization

Information disclosure in Open WebUI 0.7.0 through versions before 0.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to read other members' sensitive settings. The GET /api/v1/channels/{id}/members handler converts each UserModel to UserModelResponse, serializing settings.ui fields such as tool-server keys and webhook configuration instead of a restricted member schema. Exploitation requires enabled channels, a normal account, and DM or group membership with the targeted user; successful access discloses that user's stored configuration and credentials.
