CVE-2026-59206Network attack vector

Authenticated account and project disclosure via prototype pollution

Published Jul 9, 2026 · Updated Jul 9, 2026

Prototype pollution in n8n before 1.123.61, 2.0.0-rc.0 through 2.27.3, and 2.28.0 allows remote authenticated users to disclose data. Workflow save, update, and import paths process crafted workflow credential data without blocking prototype keys, modifying Object.prototype. Default workflow:create permission is sufficient; polluted authentication state exposes account and project listings and can leave parts of the instance unresponsive until restart.
