Memory exhaustion via cumulative JPEG2000 tile width

Denial of service in Pillow 8.2.0 through 12.2.0 allows remote attackers to exhaust memory via a crafted tiled JPEG2000 image. In j2k_decode_entry, total_component_width is initialized before the tile loop and then reused in tile_bytes, causing state->buffer to grow through realloc for successive tiles. No authentication or user interaction is required when an exposed application decodes attacker-controlled images; the supported consequence is an out-of-memory failure, not memory corruption.
