Service hang via negative EPS byte count

Infinite-loop denial of service in Pillow 12.0.0 through 12.2.0 allows remote attackers to hang image-processing workers via crafted EPS files. The EPS parser in PIL/EpsImagePlugin.py passes a negative %%BeginBinary byte count directly to a relative seek, returning to the same directive indefinitely. Exploitation requires an application to call Image.open() on attacker-controlled EPS data; it consumes CPU without memory corruption or code execution.
