Cross-tenant account takeover via SAML tenant rebinding

Improper authentication in Prowler before 5.30.3 allows remote authenticated users to take over another tenant through a crafted SAML assertion. The ACS finish logic in api/src/backend/api/v1/views.py derives the token tenant from the assertion-controlled user.email domain instead of the SAML configuration selected and validated for the ACS route. Exploitation requires an authenticated tenant user, a controlled SAML IdP, and SAML enabled for the target domain; it yields tenant-scoped JWT access without victim interaction.
