Memory disclosure and process crash via unvalidated indices

Out-of-bounds read in Data::RadixTree::Shared before 0.02 allows local users to read adjacent memory or crash a process. rdx_validate_header accepts mapped backing files without validating node records, while rdx_find_locked uses raw child, label_off, and label_len values as node and arena indices. Exploitation requires write access to the backing file; a crafted file can expose adjacent process memory or terminate a process during lookup.
