Plug-in crash via TIM CLUT size overflow

Integer overflow in GIMP's PlayStation TIM loader on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 and 9 allows local users to crash the plug-in. The loader stores num_colors multiplied by num_cluts in a guint after signed integer promotion, so maximum 16-bit values exceed INT_MAX and trigger undefined behavior. A user must open a crafted TIM image; the resulting service interrupt aborts the GIMP plug-in rather than the operating system.
