Local privilege escalation via unchecked NFC input

A buffer overflow in the ST NFC controller interface in Google Android 17 allows local users to escalate privileges via malformed input. The stpropnci_process_std function in libstpropnci/src/stpropnci_std.cc processes input without checking its bounds before a buffer copy. Exploitation requires existing low-privileged local code execution, needs no user interaction, and can compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
