Information disclosure via uninitialized RDP resource
Published Jul 14, 2026 · Updated Jul 14, 2026
Use of an uninitialized resource in Windows RDP allows remote attackers to disclose information when a user initiates an RDP connection. Microsoft has not published the affected function, the resource left uninitialized, or the data returned from it. Exploitation requires user interaction with an attacker-controlled RDP endpoint, and the published impact is limited to information disclosure.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
